Elisabeth Schumacher, Consultant International

Elisabeth has lived in many countries and experienced diverse environments. As a German-American, she has lived in the USA, Germany, Ukraine, Russia and the UK, and has also spent time in Belgium and South Korea. Her empathic style allows her to connect people from diverse or different backgrounds.  

Elisabeth is a recent graduate of Royal Holloway, University of London, where she completed her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. During her studies, she interned at Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a coaching and leadership development firm, where she analyzed and applied cognitive and psychometric assessment tools to enable successful recruiting processes. Currently, Elisabeth is learning Dutch and taking online business classes at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.  

Elisabeth is known as someone who is enthusiastic and authentic, as someone who can persevere in demanding situations, and as someone who can connect with anyone. Her degree and diverse upbringing have taught her to listen without judgement, careful communication of delicate information, a strong understanding of people, and a strong attention to detail.
